The staff kindly returned my forgotten hairbrush on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, bar/ lounge, restaurant. I keep coming back for trips.

Excellent spa facilities with very friendly staff. Nice restaurant with great local and international food. Located centrally in walking distance to city centre but still quiet rooms. Quiet dogs were allowed. Air condition and minibar in room (we didn't expect that). Reasonable rates.

I gotta say, we got some serious bang for our buck at this place! The room was top-notch - well-equipped with a tea kit, Smart TV, and even a hairdryer. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Plus, the location was perfect - just a short and easy stroll to the city center. The staff treated us like VIPs the whole time, always going above and beyond to help us out. Couldn't ask for more!

The breakfast selection could've used a little tweaking. Don't get me wrong, it was decent, but some more healthy options like fruits, nuts, and cereals with yogurt would've taken it to the next level.

I chose this hotel for attending a convention because it provides separate conference rooms that can accommodate up to 200 people. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was helpful during my event.

The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities. It would have been convenient to have these amenities readily available for business needs.

Wonderful small hotel. Caring and helpful staff. A quiet maid who takes care of all needs, laundry and even shoe polishing. A wonderful indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi with a sauna that is a real sauna, not some lukewarm excuse for a sauna. Restaurant...try the strawberry soup. Especially on warm summer evenings. I would stay nowhere else in eastern Hungary now. I would use it as a base for traveling out to search for lost ancestors, for business, for a relaxing weekend away from Budapest in the winter, when you want a warm place to escape to with friendly people and a good, hot sauna at a really reasonable price.

We stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was great since it was very close to the city center, but in a quiet area that allowed for peaceful sleeping. The room was clean, and we loved the Nespresso machine with capsules inside. The staff was friendly, and the parking space behind a closed gate felt very safe.

Sadly, the bathroom was dated and small, with an awkwardly placed toilet.

We had a really nice surprise staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the center of town and easily accessible. The staff were friendly and welcoming, with excellent English skills. Our room was modern and well-equipped, with a Nespresso machine and a comfortable sitting area. The wellness facilities were well-maintained and not too crowded, perfect for relaxation. we really enjoyed our stay here.

Spent Easter weekend at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The hotel offered a good breakfast and the staff was friendly. The location of the hotel was great, close to many restaurants and shops.

The cleaning of the room was not up to par, there were some stains on the carpet and dust around the room. the shower was not working properly, and the water temperature changed constantly, making it difficult to take a comfortable shower.

We enjoyed the clean and comfortable room with a coffee maker and bathrobe, as well as the hotel's location in the center of town, close to a shopping mall and the Thermal park. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the gated parking.

The hotel where I stayed during my city break was in a great location, only a short walk away from the city center and a shopping mall. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the best aspects of my stay was the wellness area which had a pool and sauna, an excellent place to relax after a long day of exploring.

Although the rooms were clean and tidy, I found them a bit outdated and not very modern. there was no option for a double bed and I ended up with a twin bed room which wasn't very comfortable for my partner and I. However, overall it was a good experience and I would recommend it for anyone planning to visit the area.
